W połowie stycznia Tech Data została dystrybutorem produktów OEM z serii Black Label oraz White Label firmy Logitech. W ofercie dystrybutora są myszy, klawiatury i kamery internetowe.
Tech Data świadczy również bezpłatny serwis gwarancyjny produktów Logitech OEM, objętych gwarancją TCH Components. Reklamowane produkty są wymieniane na nowe, o nie gorszych parametrach. Czas obsługi zależy od dostępności towaru (zamiennika) w magazynie dystrybutora. Każdorazowo zasadność reklamacji oraz objęcie okresem gwarancyjnym sprawdza producent (Logitech – Irlandia). Wydana przez producenta opinia jest ostateczna. Procedura reklamacyjna wygląda tak samo jak dla produktów zakupionych w Tech Data za wyjątkiem
