Od dziś towary nie muszą być metkowane
Dziś wchodzą w życie nowe zasady informowania o cenach towarów i usług – informuje Newseria. Zmniejszą się wymogi dotyczące oznaczania produktów. Wzrosną za to kary za niedopełnienie obowiązków związanych z informowaniem o cenach towarów.
Do tej pory maksymalna kara za wykroczenia związane z informowaniem o cenach towarów i usług wynosiła 1,5 tys., teraz może to być nawet 20 tys. zł za jednorazowe naruszenie prawa.
– W przypadku, gdy dojdzie do trzykrotnego naruszenia zapisów ustawy w ciągu roku, kara może wynieść 40 tys. złotych, przy czym ustawodawca pozostawił do ustalenia urzędnikom, jaka ta kara ostatecznie będzie – powiedział agencji informacyjnej Newseria Biznes Radosław Płonka, adwokat w Kancelarii Prawnej Płonka Ozga, ekspert prawny BCC.
