NTT: jak podzielić zysk?
Rada nadzorcza chce przeznaczenia całego zysku za 2017 r. na dywidendę. Zarząd jest innego zdania.
Zysk NTT System za 2017 r. należy podzielić – zarząd podjął uchwałę, iż taką rekomendację przedstawi walnemu zgromadzenie akcjonariuszy. Mianowicie z ponad 1,752 mln zł zysku 956,3 tys. zł miałoby pójść na dywidendę (0,07 zł na 1 akcję), a reszta, tj. blisko 795,5 tys. zł – na kapitał zapasowy.
Zarząd spółki wyjaśniał taką rekomendację chęcią utrzymania optymalnego poziomu środków własnych i finansowania kapitału obrotowego.
Tymczasem rada nadzorcza spółki, po analizie wniosku zarządu, postanowiła rekomendować walnemu zgromadzeniu przeznaczenie całego zysku netto 1,752 mln zł na wypłatę dywidendy.
Ostateczną decyzję w sprawie podziału zysku spółki podejmie walne zgromadzenie NTT System.
Poprzednio NTT System wypłacił dywidendę w 2016 r. Była to kwota 4,38 mln zł (0,32 zł na 1 akcję).

NTT System: sprzedaż w górę, spadek marży w III kw.
NTT System po trzech kwartałach 2021 r. osiągnęło 94 proc. sprzedaży z całego 2020 r. Jednak w III kw. 2021 r. wyraźnie zmniejszyła się marża brutto na sprzedaży.
