Nowi menedżerowie idą do rady nadzorczej Asseco BS
Zgłoszono dwóch nowych kandydatów.
Nad zmianami w radzie nadzorczej będzie głosować zgromadzenie akcjonariuszy spółki, które odbędzie się 9 czerwca.
Rafał Kozłowski i Marcin Murawski to kandydaci to rady nadzorczej Asseco Business Solutions.
Rafał Kozłowski jest związany z Asseco od 2007 r. Od 2012 r. do marca 2021 r. był wiceprezesem zarządu i dyrektorem finansowym Asseco Poland. W grudniu 2020 r. objął stanowisko prezesa Asseco Enterprise Solutions. Przed 2007 r. pracował m.in. w Delta Software i Softbanku.
Marcin Murawski to niezależny członek rad nadzorczych spółek i komitetów audytu spółek z GPW, specjalista od zarządzania finansami, członek ACCA i certyfikowany audytor wewnętrzny. Jest w radach nadzorczych m.in. GTC, Apatora, SecoWarwick. W latach 2005 – 2012 był dyrektorem departamentu audytu wewnętrznego w grupie ubezpieczeniowej Warta – KBC Grouep NV, a od 1997 do 2005 r. – menedżerem w departamencie audytu w PwC – Departament Usług Finansowych.
W kwietniu br. z rady nadzorczej Asseco Business Solutions odszedł Piotr Stępniak.
W maju br. rezygnację z funkcji przewodniczącego rady nadzorczej Asseco BS złożył Jozef Klein (szef Asseco Central Europe). Do dnia zgromadzenia akcjonariuszy będzie pełnił aktualną rolę w radzie.
