Nowa szefowa Action Europe
Niemiecka spółka Actionu (do niedawna pod nazwą Devil) ma nowego General Managera. Na równorzędnym stanowisku pozostaje Marek Szarras.
Szefem Action Europe została Diana Kamphausen. Zastąpiła Karstena Hartmanna, założyciela Devila. Ma on nadal pełnić funkcje doradcze.
Diana Kamphausen pracowała w Devilu przez 14 lat. Ostatnio zajmowała się finansami i kadrami spółki.
Niedawno Action przejął wszystkie udziały w Devilu, zmieniając jego nazwę na Action Europe. Polska firma chce w Niemczech zbudować dystrybutora o porównywalnym znaczeniu do Action S.A.
Szefem byłego Devila, czyli obecnego Action Europe, pozostaje Marek Szarras, Doradca Zarządu Actionu ds. Nowych Inwestycji. Wraz z Dianą Kamphausen są na równorzędnych stanowiskach.
W II poł. 2013 r. obroty Devila wyniosły 28,5 mln euro.

Action skasował niemiecką spółkę
Definitywnie kończy się blisko 10-letnia przygoda Actionu z własną spółką w Niemczech. Jednak eksport do UE rośnie.

Zarząd Action SA podjął decyzję likwidacji niemieckiej spółki zależnej. Jej biznes przejmie w dużym stopniu dystrybutor z Zamienia w ramach działalności eksportowej.
