Nie będzie umów na czas nieokreślony
Ustawa z 1 lipca 2009 r. pozwala pracodawcy zawierać kolejne umowy terminowe bez ograniczeń.
Ustawa z 1 lipca 2009 r. o łagodzeniu skutków kryzysu ekonomicznego dla pracowników i przedsiębiorców pozwala pracodawcy zawierać kolejne umowy terminowe bez ograniczeń, pod warunkiem, że takie zatrudnienie nie przekroczy ogółem 24 miesięcy.
Wczoraj (30 lipca) podpisał ją prezydent. Ma obowiązywać do końca grudnia 2011 r.
