Neo24.pl na poczcie
E-sklep podpisał umowę z Pocztą Polską. Dzięki temu klienci będą mogli odbierać paczki z zakupami w blisko 4,5 tys. placówek pocztowych w całym kraju. Dostawa jest darmowa.
Dzięki umowie łączna liczba punktów odbioru osobistego zakupów w Neo24.pl wzrosła do prawie 10 tys. (należą do nich m.in. kioski Ruchu i stacje Orlenu). Poczta gwarantuje dostawę w ciągu 48 godz. od nadania towaru. Do tej pory, w razie niemożności osobistego odbioru paczki w wyznaczonym czasie, klient musiał indywidualnie kontaktować się z kurierem. Od kilku dni odebranie przesyłki z Neo24.pl będzie możliwe na poczcie również po okazaniu awizo.
