Nadal są kłopoty z produkcją notebooków
W montowniach laptopów w Chongqing w zachodnich Chinach wciąż brakuje rąk do pracy. Nawet 40 proc. zamówień nie jest realizowana – informuje Digitimes.
W regionie powstaje większość laptopów HP i Acera, z taśm zjeżdżają także komputery Asusa i Toshiby. Problemy z produkcją, sygnalizowane już w końcu ub.r., związane są ze strukturą zatrudnienia w tutejszych fabrykach – 80 proc. pracowników to studenci, którzy nie zawsze są dyspozycyjni. Nie ma jednak wystarczającej ilości innych robotników. Chongqing należy do największych światowych centrów produkcji laptopów – w 2013 roku dostarczono stąd na rynek 48 mln notebooków o wartości
19,8 mld dol. Dla porównania ubiegłoroczna prognoza IDC dla całego światowego rynku w 2013 r. to
180,9 mln notebooków. W Chongqing mają swoje montownie najwięksi producenci komputerów ODM – Quanta, Compal, Wistron, Inventec, Pegatron i Foxconn. Są także zakłady blisko 600 dostawców podzespołów, a dojdzie jeszcze ponad 200.
Aby przyciągnąć pracowników, firmy ODM podniosły płace, jednakże to zwiększa koszty produkcji. Alternatywą jest przeniesienie robotników z innych regionów Chin.
