Mix Electronics: 110 mln zł długów w układzie
Gorzowski sąd zatwierdził układ z wierzycielami spółki, która swego czasu należała do największych sieci detalicznych z elektroniką.
Zgromadzenie wierzycieli przyjęło układ 8 września. Postanowieniem z dnia 23 września został on zatwierdzony przez Sąd Rejonowy w Gorzowie Wielkopolskim, przed którym od 2013 r. toczy się postępowanie upadłościowe Mix Electronics.
Do głosowania nad układem było uprawnionych 313 wierzycieli. Łączna wartość ich wierzytelności to 110 mln zł. Listę wierzytelności sąd ogłosił w czerwcu 2015 r. W sumie figuruje na niej 324 pozycje. W lipcu br. została ogłoszona pierwsza uzupełniająca lista z drobnymi należnościami (niecałe 10 tys. zł). W sierpniu br. sąd uznał wierzytelność firmy ubezpieczeniowej Euler Hermes w kwocie 54,2 mln zł tytułem należności głównej.
Mix Electronics jest w upadłości układowej od października 2013 r. Oferował sprzęt RTV, AGD oraz komputerowy. Spółka działa od 1991 r. W najlepszych latach sieć detaliczna liczyła ok. 200 salonów.
