Ministerstwo Finansów: w programach do e-PIT-ów są błędy
W niektórych przypadkach komercyjne oprogramowanie błędnie przekazuje zeznania podatkowe do systemu testowego Ministerstwa Finansów – poinformował resort. Zaleca się korzystanie tylko z aplikacji autoryzowanych.
Według ministerstwa omyłkowe wysłanie PIT-a do systemu testowego za potwierdzeniem odbioru nie oznacza przyjęcia zeznania do urzędu, czyli podatnikowi grożą sankcje za brak dokumentu. W przypadku rozliczeń elektronicznych resort rekomenduje korzystanie z autoryzowanego oprogramowania, które można pobrać ze strony www.szybkipit.pl oraz www.e-deklaracje.mf.gov.pl. Ministerstwo przypomniało, że nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za wady, błędy i skutki związane z korzystaniem z aplikacji firm komercyjnych do składania PIT-ów.
