Microsoft zamknie lukę darmowej aktualizacji Windows 10
Od 29 lipca 'Dziesiątka' oficjalnie nie jest już dostępna za darmo, ale nadal można ją pobrać gratis ze strony producenta. Microsoft zapowiedział, że wprowadzi ograniczenia.
Windows 10 jest obecnie dostępny jako darmowa aktualizacja dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, które np. potrzebują pomocy w postaci lupy, systemu śledzącego ruchy oka czy programu odczytującego teksty na ekranie. Jednak 'Dziesiątka’ do pobrania znajduje się na ogólnodostępnej stronie internetowej. Producent nie wymaga żadnych zaświadczeń od internautów, którzy chcą pobrać go gratis. O tej opcji darmowego pozyskania płatnego już produktu szybko stało się głośno w Internecie. W sklepie Microsoftu Windows 10 w wersji Home kosztuje 579,99 zł.
Microsoft zapowiedział, że wkrótce z upgrade’u będą mogły korzystać tylko osoby, które rzeczywiście są do niego uprawnione. Aktualny sposób aktualizacji zostanie zmieniony – zainteresowani będą musieli zwrócić się w tej sprawie do wsparcia Microsoftu. Jak będą sprawdzani, pozostaje na razie niejasne.
