Media Saturn naprawi po gwarancji
Obie sieci Media Saturna zaoferowały klientom usługi napraw pogwarancyjnych. Obejmują one także sprzęt, który nie został kupiony w sklepach koncernu.
Pakiet o nazwie PowerService „Po gwarancji” obejmuje laptopy, tablety oraz konsole Xbox i Playstation, którym skończyła się gwarancja producenta. W skład pakietu wchodzą takie usługi jak Gwarancja Plus, Komfort & Ochrona, Gwarancja Plus Professional, Bezpieczny Bilet, Gwarancja Plus – ochrona telefonów komórkowych, czy Gwarancja Plus Mini Maxi.
Do tej pory klient kupując sprzęt miał gwarancję producenta, mógł wykupić także pakiet ubezpieczeniowy, np. Gwarancję Plus (ochrona przez 4 lata). Gwarancji Plus nie można było kupić osobno, np. następnego dnia lub kilka miesięcy po nabyciu sprzętu.
Teraz uszkodzony sprzęt (laptopy, tablety, konsole), który nie ma już gwarancji, użytkownik może przynieść do marketu Media Marktu albo Saturna. Nie jest potrzebny do tego paragon, bo nie jest ważne, kiedy i gdzie produkt został kupiony.
