MCI wyszedł z tureckiego dystrybutora za 17 mln zł

Koniec inwestycji MCI.EuroVentures w największego dystrybutora IT w Turcji.

MCI po 7 latach wyszedł z inwestycji w największą spółkę dystrybucyjną IT w Turcji – Indeks (pełna nazwa to Indeks Bilgisayar Sistemleri Mühendislik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.).

Należąca do subfunduszu MCI.EuroVentures 1.0 spółka Alfanor zbyła wszystkie swoje udziały (5,58 proc.) w Indeksie za równowartość ok. 17 mln zł.

Indeks jest największym dystrybutorem IT w Turcji. Spółka powstała w 1989 r. Jej założycielem jest Nevres Erol Bilecik, jeden z najbardziej wpływowych tureckich biznesmenów. Do ub.r. zasiadał w radzie nadzorczej ABC Daty.

Od 2004 r. Indeks jest notowany na giełdzie w Stambule. MCI zainwestowało w spółkę po raz pierwszy w 2013 r. Częściowe wyjście z inwestycji nastąpiło w 2017 r. W końcu 2019 r. Alfanor sprzedał kolejne udziały w Indeksie za cenę ok. 19,7 mln zł. Ostatnio był drugim pod względem wielkości udziałów akcjonariuszem tureckiej spółki.

Indeks w 2019 r. wypracował 5 mld lir tureckich przychodów i 92,5 mln zysku netto (obecnie jest to ok. 3 mld zł i ok. 55 mln zł).
