MCI: wiceprezes ponownie w zarządzie

Rada nadzorcza wręczyła powołanie na nową kadencję.

Ewa Ogryczak otrzymała powołanie do zarządu MCI Capital na kolejną 3-letnią kadencję. Jej poprzednia kadencja wygasła 9 czerwca br. Do zarządu MCI Capital weszła w 2014 r. W czerwcu 2015 r. objęła stanowisko wiceprezesa i CFO. Te same funkcje pełni w zarządzie Private Equity Managers.

Ewa Ogryczak od 2009 r. ma uprawnienia biegłego rewidenta. Doświadczenie zawodowe zdobywała na stanowisku partnera i dyrektora warszawskiego oddziału PKF Consult (2009 – 2013), oraz menedżera w KPMG Audyt (2003 – 2009).

Wiceprezes MCI Capital ukończyła studia w Szkole Głównej Handlowej w Warszawie na kierunku finanse i bankowość.

Po ponownej nominacji Ewy Ogryczak zarząd MCI Capital pozostaje dwuosobowy. Prezesem jest Tomasz Czechowicz, założyciel i partner zarządzający MCI Capital.
