MCI przejmuje kontrolę nad ATM
Fundusz MCI porozumiał się z funduszem byłego prezesa spółki.
Najwięksi udziałowcy ATM – Fundusz MCI.Private Ventures oraz ATP FIZ AN podpisały porozumienie, które umożliwia MCI przejęcie całkowitej kontroli nad liderem polskiego rynku kolokacji. Uzgodniły wspólne głosowanie na walnym zgromadzeniu. Ponadto dzięki umowie MCI.PV uzyskał prawo pierwokupu papierów ATP. Fundusz ten należy do Tadeusza Czichona, współzałożyciela spółki, a do grudnia 2015 r. także prezesa zarządu.
W maju br. MCI zainwestował w ATM, przejmując w efekcie wezwania kosztem ponad 60 mln zł 16 proc. akcji spółki, co łącznie z podmiotem zależnym pozwoliło mu kontrolować ponad 30 proc. udziałów. Obecnie łącznie z ATP MC.PV oba podmioty bezpośrednio lub pośrednio kontrolują 55,55 proc. ATM.
W trzech kwartałach 2016 ATM wypracował 99 mln zł przychodów, co jest podobnym wynikiem jak rok wcześniej. Zysk netto wzrósł z 4,3 mln zł do 5,8 mln zł.
