MCI bogatsze o 95 mln zł

Grupa przymierza się do nowych zakupów.

W drugiej transzy emisji obligacji zakończonej 16 lutego 2022 r. MCI Capital uplasowało na rynku obligacje o wartości ponad 80 mln zł (w pierwszej transzy w listopadzie ub.r. 15 mln zł). Pozyskane środki są przeznaczone na nowe inwestycje.

Według zapowiedzi z ub.r. grupa inwestycyjna zamierza zainwestować 500 mln euro (ok. 2,3 mld zł) w sumie latach 2021-2025 w spółki z regionu CEE/CE z sektora digital.

Na początku lutego br. została zawarta przez fundusz MCI.PrivateVentures umowa w sprawie przejęcia 55 proc. udziałów w eSky. Wartość transakcji to blisko 158 mln zł.

MCI zapowiedziało też inwestycje średniej wielkości na zachodzie Europy, skoncentrowane przede wszystkim na biznesach z obszaru oprogramowania, marketplace, fintech i infrastruktury cyfrowej.

Planowane są także wyjścia z inwestycji, m.in. w tym roku z Morele.net.
