Manta: pomoc techniczna w 24 godziny
Producent wprowadził nowe zasady pomocy technicznej dla użytkowników sprzętu.
Problemy z działaniem urządzeń można zgłosić na dwa sposoby: telefonicznie, pod numerem (22) 332 34 63, lub wysyłając e-mail pod adres serwis@manta.com.pl. Producent gwarantuje, że każdy klient, który dokona zgłoszenia w ten sposób, otrzyma niezbędną pomoc w ciągu 24 godzin (w dni robocze). Ostateczne rozwiązanie problemu obiecuje natomiast w ciągu 72 godzin. – Chcemy, żeby klienci przekonali się, iż kupowanie sprzętu Manty oznacza również gwarancję spokoju w przypadku jakichkolwiek kłopotów. – mówi Bogdan Wiciński, prezes Manta Multimedia.
