Kto zapłaci podatek od handlu
Kształt podatku od handlu wciąż nie jest przesądzony. Według nowej, liniowej propozycji Media Saturn nie zapłaci ani grosza. Fiskus przyjdzie natomiast po pieniądze do dużych polskich sieci - według obliczeń money.pl.
Szef komitetu stałego rady ministrów, Henryk Kowalczyk, jako możliwy wariant podatku wskazał – obok trzech progów podatkowych – stawkę liniową w wysokości 0,9 proc. i 204 mln zł kwoty wolnej.
W takim układzie money.pl obliczył hipotetyczne stawki podatku dla trzech sieci z elektroniką – Media Saturn, Media Expert i Neonet, biorąc pod uwagę ich ubiegłoroczne szacunkowe przychody. Otóż Media Saturn mimo najwyższych obrotów w tej trójce (ok. 4,2 mld zł) nie zapłaci nic, ponieważ każdy market jest osobną spółką i ich obroty nie zsumują się. Natomiast Media Expert (4 mld zł) musiałby uiścić 34,2 mln zł podatku, a Neonet (2,7 mld zł) – 22,6 mln zł.
Zdaniem jednego z komentatorów wprowadzenie podatku może prowadzić do dzielenia biznesów na osobne spółki o mniejszych obrotach, tak aby uniknąć płacenia podatku.
