Linksys by Cisco prowadzi rozmowy z Actionem w sprawie kontraktu dystrybucyjnego. Do sfinalizowania negocjacji może dojść niedługo, chociaż termin podpisania umowy jest nieznany.
Linksys by Cisco szuka nowego, trzeciego dystrybutora (w tej chwili produkty tej firmy rozprowadzają Tech Data i ABC Data) po tym, jak w lipcu 2010 r. producent zakończył 10-letnią współpracę z Konsorcjum FEN.
– Konsorcjum jest dobrym partnerem, który potrafi skutecznie budować sieć sprzedaży skomplikowanych produktów, gdzie sprawdzają się niestandardowe rozwiązania – tłumaczy Kamil Śliwski, Channel Account Manager Linksys by Cisco. – Nasza marka jest dzisiaj znana i urządzenia nią sygnowane w coraz mniejszym stopniu wymagają wartości dodawanej przez dystrybutora. Dlatego nasze drogi z Konsorcjum FEN zaczęły się rozchodzić. Chciałbym podziękować Konsorcjum FEN za lata zaangażowania na rzecz tworzenia sieci sprzedaży Linksys by Cisco i pomoc w umacnianiu wizerunku marki na polskim rynku.
Przedstawiciel Linksysa nie wyklucza ponownej współpracy z Konsorcjum FEN w przyszłości.
