Kontel-Telecom wzbogacił ofertę o telefon USB Plantronics .Audio 1100M. Urządzenie jest przystosowane do pracy w systemie Unified Communications. Ma postać słuchawki z klawiaturą. Jest kompatybilne z programem Microsoft Office Communicator 2007. Po podłączeniu .Audio 1100M za pomocą kabla USB do komputera, można rozmawiać jak ze zwykłego telefonu. Połączeniami zarządza się przez klawiaturę słuchawki lub komputera. Słuchawka jest również wyposażona w przyciski do odbierania i odrzucania połączenia, wyciszania mikrofonu oraz regulacji natężenia głosu i przejścia w tryb głośnomówiący. Przekazuje szerokopasmowy dźwięk Wideband. Mikrofon redukuje hałasy z otoczenia. Użytkownik ma również do dyspozycji przełącznik dźwięku ze słuchawki ręcznej na głośniki komputera. W zestawie z telefonem znajduje się zaczep służący do przypięcia słuchawki do monitora lub laptopa.
