System Kontel.net 2.0 umożliwia partnerom dostęp do nowości produktowych, specjalnych cen promocyjnych i wsparcia online. Pokazuje aktualne stany magazynowe, dostępność produktów i promocje.

W porównaniu z poprzednią wersją zmieniono interfejs na bardziej intuicyjny. Dostępne są: m.in. rozbudowana wyszukiwarka produktów, model wielowalutowy, interaktywny czat z konsultantem oraz wsparcie i doradztwo zespołu handlowców i inżynierów dystrybutora.

Zarejestrowany partner otrzyma indywidualny koszyk zamówień. Cały zespół partnera może mieć dostęp do panelu klienta. Poszczególnym pracownikom można nadawać różne uprawnienia.
