Sprzedaż w br. nieznacznie spadnie - według prognozy.
W 2018 r. konsumenci na świecie wydali ok. 157 mld euro na produkty IT i sprzęt biurowy, w tym materiały eksploatacyjne – według danych GfK. To podobna wartość jak w 2017 r. (+1 proc.).
W segmencie IT, wartym 141 mld euro, odnotowano popyt na wydajne urządzenia, zwłaszcza w przypadku gamingowych PC i notebooków. W Europie sprzedaż utrzymała się na podobnym poziomie jak w ub.r.
Wartość sprzedaży sprzętu biurowego była nieco wyższa niż w 2017 r. (+3 proc.), osiągając 16 mld euro, ale wzrost nastąpił głównie za sprawą zakupów w Azji.
W 2019 r. GfK spodziewa się sprzedaży niższej o 3 proc. w kategorii IT i sprzętu biurowego dla konsumentów.
