Koniec spółek zależnych Optimusa
Metropolis Software i OPTIbox, firmy zależne Optimusa, wkrótce przestaną istnieć. Jedna idzie do likwidacji, druga złożyła wniosek o upadłość.
W końcu ubiegłego roku nadzwyczajne zgromadzenie wspólników Metropolis Software, producenta gier przejętego przez CD Projekt, postanowiło zakończyć działalność firmy. W dniu 22 grudnia ub.r. podjęto uchwałę o rozwiązaniu spółki i przeprowadzeniu postępowania likwidacyjnego. Na likwidatora wybrano członka zarządu Metropolis Software i prezesa Optimusa, Adama Kicińskiego. Formalny wniosek trafi do sądu rejonowego w Warszawie.
W Sylwestra wniosek o upadłość złożył zarząd OPTIboksu, firmy zależnej Optimusa, która prowadziła niegdyś sprzedaż detaliczną w galeriach handlowych i obsługiwała sklep OPTIgo.

Wyrok Sądu Najwyższego w sprawie Optimusa
Po latach procesów i bojów prawnych o odszkodowanie za straty Optimusa wskutek decyzji organów skarbowych, zapadł wyrok.

CD Projekt nie odpuszcza 70 mln zł odszkodowania od Skarbu Państwa w sprawie Optimusa. Ostatnia nadzieja w Sądzie Najwyższym.
