Komputronik: zapisy na akcje przesunięte
Zapisy na akcje w wezwaniu rozpoczną się później niż wcześniej zapowiadano.
Wezwanie na akcje Komputronika ogłosiła Marinera Invest, w porozumieniu z WB iTotal (kontrolowana przez Wojciecha Buczkowskiego) oraz EKB (kontrolowana przez Krzysztofa i Ewę Buczkowskich). Zamiast podanego wcześniej terminu 8 maja – 6 czerwca, zapisy na sprzedaż akcji potrwają od 23 maja do 23 czerwca. Według nowego harmonogramu transakcje zostaną zrealizowane 28 czerwca.
Celem wezwania i skupu akcji z rąk mniejszościowych akcjonariuszy jest wyprowadzenie Komputronika z giełdy. Koszt przejęcia to 29,3 mln zł według ceny zaproponowanej w wezwaniu (6,50 zł za 1 akcję).

Komputronik nagradza swoich partnerów
W zakończonym roku finansowym Grupa Komputronik osiągnęła niemal 30 mln zł zysku operacyjnego i 14,9 mln zł zysku netto. Przy tej okazji firma postanowiła też nagrodzić swoich partnerów biznesowych, którzy przyczynili się do tak dobrych wyników.
