Komputronik zaopatrzy PKO BP za 40 mln zł
Komputronik Biznes i PKO BP zawarły umowę o współpracy. Jej szacunkowa wartość to 40 mln zł netto.
W ramach kontraktu spółka Komputronika dostarczy do oddziałów banku na terenie kraju materiały eksploatacyjne do drukarek, zajmie się także dostawą i montażem zestawów konserwacyjnych do tych urządzeń i odbiorem zużytych materiałów. Będzie świadczyć ponadto usługi serwisowe urządzeń objętych umową.
Umowa została zawarta na okres 48 miesięcy. Zabezpieczeniem jej wykonania jest gwarancja bankowa/ubezpieczeniowa ustanowiona przez Komputronik Biznes w kwocie 0,5 mln zł na rzecz PKO BP.
W 2012 r. Ken Technologie Informatyczne (obecnie Komputronik Biznes) i PKO BP zawarły już podobną umowę, obejmującą m.in. sprzedaż i instalację sprzętu drukującego oraz dostawę materiałów eksploatacyjnych. Wówczas przychody Ken z tego tytułu oszacowano na 5 mln zł.
Według Komputronika umowy z obszaru outsourcingu druku są dla grupy ważnym elementem strategii rozwoju usług z wartością dodaną dla przedsiębiorstw. Ich udział w przychodach grupy rośnie.
