Komputronik wdrożył Office 365 w Merlinie

Jeden z największych polskich e-sklepów zmodernizował system komunikacji w firmie z wykorzystaniem Microsoft Office 365. Wdrożenie przeprowadził Komputronik Biznes.

W oparciu o rozwiązania zaproponowane przez Komputronik Biznes, Merlin.pl wybrał Office 365 jako platformę modernizacji komunikacji i współpracy w firmie.
– Zcentralizowaliśmy książkę adresową, uprościliśmy współdzielenie plików, tworzymy platformę komunikacji w oparciu o Lync – poinformował Waldemar Majchrzak, dyrektor IT w Merlin.pl.

Obecnie z Office 365 w Merlin.pl korzysta 80 pracowników. Kolejni użytkownicy wdrażani są stopniowo (firma zatrudnia ponad 200 osób). Usługa Office 365 oprócz pakietu aplikacji biurowych obejmuje m.in. Outlooka — dostępnego lokalnie albo w przeglądarce. Skrzynka pocztowa ma pojemność 50 GB na użytkownika i umożliwia wysyłanie załączników do 25 MB. Z kolei dzięki usłudze SkyDrive Pro (po zmianie nazwy OneDrive for Business) każdy użytkownik ma do dyspozycji 25 GB przestrzeni dyskowej w chmurze. Wartość kontraktu nie została ujawniona. najlepszy nowy partner Office 365 w segmencie MŚP.
