Nie będzie dywidendy w Komputroniku?
Rada nadzorcza Komputronika zarekomendowała pozostawienie w spółce całego zysku za miniony rok obrachunkowy.
Zysk netto Komputronika za rok obrachunkowy 1 kwietnia 2015 r. – 31 marca 2016 r. wyniósł 9,65 mln zł. Rada nadzorcza chce, aby przeznaczono go na kapitał zapasowy. Tym samym uwzględniła wniosek zarządu, który rekomendował właśnie takie rozwiązanie. Oznacza ono, że Komputronik w tym roku nie wypłaci dywidendy. Ostateczną decyzję w sprawie przeznaczenia zysku netto podejmie walne zgromadzenie akcjonariuszy Komputronika.
W minionym roku obrachunkowym jednostkowy zysk netto Komputronika (9,65 mln zł) był wyraźnie niższy niż rok wcześniej (13,36 mln zł). W 2015 r. spółka wypłaciła 4,786 mln zł z tytułu dywidendy (50 gr na akcję).

Komputronik nagradza swoich partnerów
W zakończonym roku finansowym Grupa Komputronik osiągnęła niemal 30 mln zł zysku operacyjnego i 14,9 mln zł zysku netto. Przy tej okazji firma postanowiła też nagrodzić swoich partnerów biznesowych, którzy przyczynili się do tak dobrych wyników.
