Komputronik nie musi płacić CCE

Poznański Sąd Okręgowy uchylił niekorzystny dla Komputronika wyrok, związany ze sporem z Clean & Carbon Energy.

Detalista poinformował, że Sąd Okręgowy w Poznaniu uchylił w całości wyrok Cywilnego Sądu Arbitrażowego Eurolegis, który w czerwcu 2012 r. nakazał Komputronikowi zapłatę 32 mln zł (plus odsetki) na rzecz Clean & Carbon Energy. Zdaniem byłego Karenu miała to być należność z tytułu wzajemnych rozliczeń. Komputronik stał na stanowisku, rozliczenia zostały załatwione, a Eurolegis nie ma prawa rozstrzygać sporów między nim a CCE. Szybko przystąpił do sądowej kontry i uzyskał wstrzymanie wykonania wyroku.

Zgodnie z decyzją poznańskiego sądu Clean & Carbon Energy ma także zwrócić Komputronikowi ponad 100 tys. zł kosztów postępowania. Wyrok nie jest prawomocny.
