Komputronik nie musi kupować towarów od Karenu
Wprowadzono poprawkę do umowy inwestycyjnej, dotyczącej przejęcia Karen przez Haliną Paszyńską. Komputronik nie będzie musiał kupować towarów od Karenu, tak jak to ustalono 24 lipca br.
Strony zrezygnowały z podpisania umowy o współpracy, która zobowiązywałaby Komputronika do zakupu towarów od Karenu przez 2 lata, za kwotę 80 mln zł rocznie.
– Podejmując tę decyzję, wzięliśmy pod uwagę opinie analityków i naszych akcjonariuszy, którzy akurat ten punkt umowy z nowym inwestorem Karenu uznali za niezbyt korzystny – powiedział Wojciech Buczkowski, prezes zarządu Komputronika.
Na początku września br. Komputronik kupił sklepy od Karen za 18,5 mln zł. Zostały one przejęte wraz ze wszystkimi towarami i prawami wynikającymi z umów najmu.

Komputronik nagradza swoich partnerów
W zakończonym roku finansowym Grupa Komputronik osiągnęła niemal 30 mln zł zysku operacyjnego i 14,9 mln zł zysku netto. Przy tej okazji firma postanowiła też nagrodzić swoich partnerów biznesowych, którzy przyczynili się do tak dobrych wyników.
