Komputronik dostał 15 mln zł kredytu
Dystrybutor uzyskał w BGŻ kredyt w rachunku bieżącym w wysokości 15 mln zł. Finansowanie zostało przyznane na rok.
Komputronik zawarł z BGŻ także umowę o limit gwarancyjny na kwotę 1 mln zł. Zabezpieczeniem udzielonych limitów jest m.in. zastaw na zapasach towarów, cesja należności, zastaw na 5 mln akcji Karenu należących Komputronika oraz hipoteka na nieruchomościach będących własnością dystrybutora.
We wrześniu Komputronik uzyskał 20 mln zł limitu kredytowego w rachunku bieżącym w banku Millenium (w ramach aneksu do wcześniejszej umowy). Został on również udzielony na rok.
Zobowiązania krótkoterminowe spółki w II kw. br. wynosiły 166,5 mln zł, a długoterminowe – 8,3 mln zł. W II kw. 2010 r. Komputronik miał 2 mln zł straty netto wobec 1,88 mln zł straty rok wcześniej. Przychody wyniosły 178,5 mln zł (wzrost o 3,9 proc. w porównaniu z II kw. 2009 r.).

Komputronik nagradza swoich partnerów
W zakończonym roku finansowym Grupa Komputronik osiągnęła niemal 30 mln zł zysku operacyjnego i 14,9 mln zł zysku netto. Przy tej okazji firma postanowiła też nagrodzić swoich partnerów biznesowych, którzy przyczynili się do tak dobrych wyników.
