Komornik przyjdzie po 5 mln zł do dawnego Karenu
Warszawski sąd skierował do komornika wniosek egzekucję należności ponad 5 mln zł od Clean & Carbon Energy na rzecz Komputronika. Nakaz ma klauzulę natychmiastowej wykonalności.
Na podstawie weksla wystawionego przez Karen jego następca prawny, czyli Clean & Carbon Energy pod rygorem natychmiastowej wykonalności ma zapłacić Komputronikowi 5 mln zł wraz z odsetkami liczonymi od 31 maja 2008 r. (ponad 1 mln zł), a także 32,2 tys. zł kosztów procesowych, w tym kwotę 7,2 tys. zł tytułem kosztów zastępstwa procesowego.
Nakaz zapłaty z weksla sąd wydał w maju, następnie roszczenia zostały zabezpieczone na hipotekach.
Trwa postępowanie o zapłatę przez CCE 4 mln zł z drugiego weksla Karenu. W tym wypadku sąd również zdecydował o zabezpieczeniu należności na nieruchomościach.
Clean & Carbon Energy odrzuca roszczenia Komputronika, twierdzi, że weksle zostały użyte niezgodnie z zawartymi umowami.

Komputronik nagradza swoich partnerów
W zakończonym roku finansowym Grupa Komputronik osiągnęła niemal 30 mln zł zysku operacyjnego i 14,9 mln zł zysku netto. Przy tej okazji firma postanowiła też nagrodzić swoich partnerów biznesowych, którzy przyczynili się do tak dobrych wyników.
