Kolejny przetarg w ZUS pod lupą
Pojawiły się wątpliwości związane z przetargiem w ZUS na dostawę drukarek. Krajowa Izba Odwoławcza nie dopatrzyła się jednak większych uchybień.
Sprawa dotyczy przetargu na 'zakup drukarek i urządzeń wielofunkcyjnych wraz z 45-miesięcznym serwisem’. Chodzi o duże zamówienie na ponad 3,3 tys. maszyn, warte ok. 50 mln zł. W maju odwołanie złożyła jedna z firm uczestniczących w przetargu – Galaxy Systemy Informatyczne – twierdząc, że warunki określone przez ZUS spełnia tylko jedna marka – Kyocera.
Krajowa Izba Odwoławcza nie podzieliła tego stanowiska. Według niej ZUS dowiódł, że w specyfikacji przetargowej nie naruszono zasady uczciwej konkurencji i równego traktowania wykonawców.
Z kilkunastu zarzutów przedstawionych przez Galaxy KIO uwzględniła kilka, które nie mają najważniejszego znaczenia dla całego przetargu. ZUS ma dokonać drobnych poprawek w specyfikacji i kontynuować postępowanie na dotychczasowych zasadach.
