Jest zgoda na polski e-sklep Sony
UOKiK dał zielone światło do utworzenia spółki, która będzie zarządzać sklepem internetowym z produktami Sony. Wspólny biznes poprowadzi 6 autoryzowanych dystrybutorów japońskiej marki.
Nową spółkę pod nazwą SC Electronics z siedzibą w Łodzi będą tworzyć następujące firmy: Matrix Media, P.H.U. Sol*Pol Andrzej Solecki, KSK Dystrybucja, Zenon Reszka Salon RTV Zew, 'Ryspol’ Ryszard Cieślachowski oraz Janusz Brongiel Hi Fi Center 1. Współpraca ma zapobiec konkurencji między dostawcami. Prezesem SC Electronics został Piotr Wieruszewski, współwłaściciel łódzkiej spółki dystrybucyjnej Maxtronic.
Wniosek o zgodę na koncentrację trafił do UOKiK 20 listopada. Sony nadal zamierza kontynuować sprzedaż w Polsce dotychczasowymi kanałami.
