Jest nowy chętny do przejęcia Agito
Zakończyły się rozmowy Pronoksu z funduszem MCI.PrivateVentures w sprawie sprzedaży Agito. Okazało się jednak, że zakupem udziałów w sklepie internetowym jest zainteresowana jeszcze jedna firma.
Rozmowy między Pronoksem i funduszem MCI dotyczące przejęcia Agito toczyły się od połowy października br. Katowicka firma zamierzała pozbyć się 6,8 mln akcji spółki, czyli 58 proc. kapitału. Według zapowiedzi sprzed dwóch miesięcy, Pronox chciał uzyskać za sprzedaż sklepu internetowego 5,3-6,9 mln zł. Nie wiadomo, ile zaoferował MCI i na jakim etapie zakończono negocjacje. Zgodnie z wcześniejszymi ustaleniami, umowa sprzedaży powinna zostać podpisana do 28 lutego 2011 r., jednak sprawa jest otwarta, gdyż pojawił się nowy chętny do przejęcia Agito – Centrozap (ma ok. jedną trzecią akcji Pronoksu). Prowadzono już rozmowy między akcjonariuszami Pronoksu i zarządem Centrozapu. Jeśli Agito zostanie sprzedane, Pronox ma ujawnić fakt podpisania kontraktu i warunki transakcji.
