Powstaje krajowy system zarządzania dokumentami w urzędach.
W Ministerstwie Cyfryzacji trwają prace nad stworzeniem systemu elektronicznego zarządzania dokumentacją w administracji publicznej (EZD RP). Według ministra cyfryzacji Marka Zagórskiego, budowa tego systemu jest jednym z działań priorytetowych w obszarze cyfryzacji w Polsce. Jego realizacją zajmie się NASK w partnerstwie z Podlaskim Urzędem Wojewódzkim w Białymstoku.
Białostocki urząd od kilku lat rozwija będący własnością Skarbu Państwa system do elektronicznego zarządzania dokumentacją (EZD PUW). Wdrażany on jest zarówno w administracji rządowej jak i w samorządach, szkolnictwie wyższym oraz służbie zdrowia. Korzysta z niego ponad 300 urzędów z całej Polski – w większości administracja centralna.
Nowy system EZD RP bazować będzie na dotychczasowych doświadczeniach oraz najnowszych rozwiązaniach technologicznych – zapowiada Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji. Aktualnie trwa faza przygotowawcza projektu, którego realizacja ma, według planów, rozpocząć się pod koniec tego roku. Zakończenie przewidywane jest przed końcem 2021 roku.
