InwazjaPC: rezygnacje w radzie nadzorczej
W minionym tygodniu z rady nadzorczej spółki odeszło dwóch menedżerów. Firma ponownie naruszyła dobre praktyki spółek giełdowych.
Z dniem 7 marca rezygnacje złożyli Rafał Wojtycha, wiceprzewodniczący rady nadzorczej InwazjiPC, oraz członek rady, Kazimierz Szostak. Nie podano przyczyn tych decyzji. Spółka ujawniła natomiast, że w końcu grudnia ub.r. odszedł Adam Kaczmarski, przewodniczący rady nadzorczej. Brak informacji o tym fakcie jest niezgodny z dobrymi zasadami spółek giełdowych według uchwały zarządu GPW (firma naruszyła podobną zasadę także w ub. miesiącu, przesuwając termin publikacji raportu finansowego). InwazjaPC tłumaczy opóźnienie w przekazaniu kolejnego komunikatu pomyłką.
Nowym przewodniczącym rady z dniem 27 lutego br. został Krzysztofa Stachura.
