InwazjaPC: nowy szef rady nadzorczej
Z funkcji przewodniczącego rady nadzorczej spółki zrezygnował Krzysztof Stachura. Wybrano nowego szefa, powiększono skład o kolejną osobę.
Krzysztof Stachura stał na czele rady nadzorczej InwazjiPC przez niecałe dwa miesiące (po odejściu z tego stanowiska Adama Kaczmarskiego, dyrektora operacyjnego firmy). Nie ujawniono przyczyny jego rezygnacji. Nowym przewodniczącym został Edward Skowron, który wszedł w skład rady nadzorczej w marcu br. Według informacji spółki menedżer pracuje w firmie z branży finansowej. Z wykształcenia jest nauczycielem historii, absolwentem Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego. Do rady powołano także nową osobę, Włodzimierza Jońcę.
Po rezygnacjach Adama Kaczmarskiego, Rafała Wojtychy, Roberta Dyla i Kazimierza Szostaka wymieniono większość poprzedniego składu rady nadzorczej spółki. InwazjaPC w końcu marca br. złożyła w kieleckim sądzie wniosek o upadłość układową. Firmie brakuje pieniędzy na spłatę bieżących zobowiązań. Na koniec ub. roku miała prawie 27 mln zł długów i 375 tys. zł gotówki.

Łączna suma wierzytelności upadłej spółki wynosi 24,19 mln zł - według listy uznanej przez sąd. Jak dotąd, ponad 3 lata po upadłości, nikogo nie spłacono.
