Jest wyrok w sprawie InwazjiPC
Kielecki sąd rejonowy wydał postanowienie o upadłości likwidacyjnej InwazjiPC - wynika z nieoficjalnych informacji, do których dotarł CRN Polska.
Wyznaczono już syndyka masy upadłości, który jednak jak na razie nie podjął czynności (czeka na dokumenty z sądu). Prezes InwazjiPC, Krzysztof Seweryn, komentując nieoficjalne doniesienia zapowiedział złożenie apelacji, co być może nastąpi już 24 maja. Spółka wnosiła o upadłość układową.

Trwa niekończąca się historia upadłej spółki. Prokuratura analizuje postępowanie menedżerów z zarządu i rady nadzorczej InwazjiPC.

Łączna suma wierzytelności upadłej spółki wynosi 24,19 mln zł - według listy uznanej przez sąd. Jak dotąd, ponad 3 lata po upadłości, nikogo nie spłacono.
