Zgodnie z prognozami Cisco w 2020 r. na jednego mieszkańca Ziemi ma przypadać blisko 6,6 inteligentnego urządzenia.
– O coraz większym znaczeniu tego zjawiska świadczy rosnąca liczba połączonych z siecią urządzeń.
