Ingram dostanie więcej pieniędzy od Chińczyków
Chińska grupa HNA, która w tym roku przejmie Ingram Micro, wpompuje w broadlinera nowe fundusze. Zamierza także wejść w nowe biznesy - wynika z zapowiedzi szefów obu korporacji.
’Damy więcej pieniędzy. Zobowiązałem się przed zarządem’ – zadeklarował według amerykańskiego CRN-a Adam Tan, szef grupy HNA, która za 6 mld dol. przejmie Ingram Micro. Zapowiedział ponadto, że Ingram zatrudni więcej ludzi i wejdzie w nowe biznesy. 'Razem możemy zwiększyć zyski’ – podkreślił szef grupy.
Alain Monie, CEO, broadlinera, zaznaczył natomiast, że strategia firmy nie zmienia się, z jednym wyjątkiem: 'Będziemy działać szybciej i bardziej efektywnie. Przyspieszymy inwestycje.’ – twierdzi szef Ingrama. Obaj szefowie nie sprecyzowali kwot ani celów wydatków. Według Alaina Monie znaczącym wsparciem dla grupy będzie infrastruktura logistyczna HNA.
Adam Tan dodał, że dla rozbudowy przejmowanego biznesu bardzo ważną rolę mogą odegrać menedżerowie krajowi i dyrektorzy średniego szczebla.
Ingram Micro przejmie RRC w Polsce i regionie Europy Środkowej i Wschodniej. Transakcja zostanie sfinalizowana do połowy 2016 r.
