Infoafera w sądzie

Do sądu trafi akt oskarżenia w głównym wątku infoafery, związanym z podejrzeniem korupcji w Centrum Projektów Informatycznych dawnego MSWiA – informuje Rzeczpospolita.

Akt oskarżenia ma znaleźć się w sądzie jeszcze w tym miesiącu. Obejmuje 8 osób, w tym byłego szefa CPI MSWiA, Andrzeja M. oraz byłego szefa sprzedaży HP, Tomasza Z. Zdaniem prokuratorów Andrzej M. mógł przyjąć łapówki o łącznej wartości 3 mln zł. Został zatrzymany w końcu 2011 r.

HP w ramach ugody z amerykańskim resortem sprawiedliwości w 2014 r. przyznało, że m.in. w Polsce dochodziło do praktyk korupcyjnych. Koncern zapłacił 108 mln dol. kary.

Od czasu zatrzymania Andrzeja M. i wybuchu infoafery podejrzenie korupcji oraz śledztwa związane z zamówieniami na rozwiązania IT obejmują kolejne jednostki administracji i organy państwa. Obecnie prokuratura bada zarzuty podejrzenia przestępstw przy przetargach IT w Ministerstwie Pracy i Polityki Społecznej, a CBA prześwietla postępowania w Prokuraturze Generalnej.
