Infoafera w Ministerstwie Sprawiedliwości. CBA zawiadamia Prokuratora Generalnego
Szef CBA zawiadomił Prokuratora Generalnego o podejrzeniu popełnienia przestępstwa w związku z projektami IT w resorcie sprawiedliwości. Łączna wartość podejrzanych zamówień przekroczyła 100 mln zł.
Zawiadomienie ma związek z kontrolą, którą biuro prowadziło od 20 marca do 18 października 2013 r. w Ministerstwie Sprawiedliwości – poinformował rzecznik CBA Jacek Dobrzyński. Sprawdzano decyzje dotyczące udzielania zamówień publicznych oraz rozporządzania mieniem, w związku z wydatkami na zakup usług i sprzętu teleinformatycznego, w tym projektu Centrum Świadczenia Usług Rejestrowych w Ministerstwie Sprawiedliwości. Kontrola obejmowała lata 2007-2013.
Szef Centralnego Biura Antykorupcyjnego skierował do Prokuratora Generalnego zawiadomienie o podejrzeniu popełnienia przestępstwa w związku z udzielaniem zamówień publicznych w latach 2009-2012 przez Ministerstwo Sprawiedliwości w ramach prowadzonych projektów informatycznych. Według CBA wszystko wskazuje na to, że umowy na wykonanie projektów zawarto niezgodnie z przepisami prawa zamówień publicznych. Łączna wartość nieprawidłowo udzielonych zamówień przekroczyła 100 mln zł.
