Imagis wyszedł na plus
Obciążona długami i roszczeniami skarbówki spółka miała udany koniec roku. Przychody wzrosły o 35 proc., w IV kw. br. był zysk.
W IV kw. 2015 r. Imagis wypracował 8,37 mln zł przychodów, o 35 proc. więcej niż w IV kw. 2014 r. oraz o 43 proc. więcej niż w III kw. 2015 r. Zysk z działalności operacyjnej wyniósł 1,64 mln zł wobec 5,58 mln zł straty rok wcześniej. Zysk netto wyniósł 1,05 mln zł wobec 41,34 mln zł straty w IV kw. 2014 r.. Dzięki temu strata netto w całym 2015 r. została ograniczona do 2,03 mln zł wobec 40,21 mln zł na minusie w 2014 r., przy przychodach wielkości 21,15 mln zł (w 2014 r. – 6,19 mln zł).
Imagis wyjaśnia dobry wynik sezonowym wzrostem zamówień w IV kwartale oraz efektami restrukturyzacji spółek z grupy: Imagis i Emapa. W styczniu br. w ramach zmian sprzedano Emapie produkty nawigacyjne MapaMap. W grudniu zawarto umowę dotyczącą spłaty zadłużenia z Magna Polonia. W styczniu br. sprzedano obciążoną roszczeniami skarbówki spółkę zależną GPS Konsorcjum. Od samego Imagisu organy skarbowe domagają się blisko 2 mln zaległego VAT-u za okres czerwiec – grudzień 2012 r.

Imagis domaga się 31 mln zł
Spółka złożyła pozew w sądzie. Sprawa jest związana m.in. z GPS Konsorcjum.
