Imagis wygrał w sądzie
Spółka wystąpiła przeciwko NaviExpert.
Zgodnie z wyrokiem warszawskiego Sądu Okręgowego NaviExpert ma zapłacić Imagisowi 362 tys. zł wraz z odsetkami oraz zwrócić 26,56 tys. zł kosztów procesu. Są to należności z tytułu licencji z 2012 r., których nie opłacił dostawca aplikacji do nawigacji.
Zasądzona kwota to więcej niż zysk netto Imagisu w I kw. br. – wypracował on 229 mln zł skonsolidowanego wyniku netto przy przychodach 1,88 mln zł. Rok wcześniej Imagis miał stratę. Nad spółką wisi także decyzja warszawskiego UKS, który domaga się uregulowania 2 mln zł VAT z 2012 r. WSA oddalił skargę spółki na tę decyzję.

Imagis domaga się 31 mln zł
Spółka złożyła pozew w sądzie. Sprawa jest związana m.in. z GPS Konsorcjum.
