Imagis: wniosek o upadłość w sądzie
Na początku września spółka skierowała do warszawskiego sądu wniosek o upadłość układową.
Imagis nie poinformował o uzasadnieniu wniosku. Ostatnio spółka pokazywała fatalne wyniki. Strata netto w II kw. br. wyniosła 735 tys. zł przy przychodach wielkości 2,1 mln zł. W ciągu roku stopniały one o ponad 90 proc., po tym jak należący do Imagisu dystrybutor GPS Konsorcjum zaprzestał działalności. Firma handlowała telefonami komórkowymi, skarbówka naliczyła jej prawie 300 mln zł zaległego VAT-y. Imagis chciał upadłości likwidacyjnej GPS, ale sąd odrzucił ten wniosek. W sierpniu zarząd w raporcie finansowym informował, że spółkom grupy kapitałowej grozi utrata płynności. W końcu czerwca Imagis miał ponad 24 mln zł długów.
Już po złożeniu wniosku o upadłość Imagis poinformował o wypowiedzeniu spółce umowy kredytowej przez BZ WBK. Wierzytelności z tego tytułu wynoszą blisko 9 mln zł.

Imagis domaga się 31 mln zł
Spółka złożyła pozew w sądzie. Sprawa jest związana m.in. z GPS Konsorcjum.
