Imagis nie wygrał ze skarbówką
Spółka ma zapłacić 2 mln zł zaległego VAT-u - uznał sąd.
Wojewódzki Sąd Administracyjny oddalił skargę spółki na decyzję Urzędu Kontroli Skarbowej z listopada 2015 r., który naliczył Imagisowi należność VAT w wysokości 2 mln zł za czerwiec, lipiec, październik, listopad i grudzień 2012 r. Ponad rok temu decyzję podtrzymała Izba Skarbowa. Imagis poinformował, że zamierza wystąpić o pisemne uzasadnienie wyroku.
W marcu br. sąd zatwierdził układ spółki z wierzycielami po trwającym rok postępowaniu restrukturyzacyjnym.

Spółka złożyła pozew w sądzie. Sprawa jest związana m.in. z GPS Konsorcjum.
