Huawei faworyzowane w przetargu za 100 mln zł?
W przetargu na klaster obliczeniowy w poznańskim centrum HPC warunki preferują Huawei - alarmują dostawcy według "Pulsu Biznesu".
Postępowanie organizuje Poznańskie Centrum Superkomputerowo – Sieciowe – centrum HPC, które działa przy Instytucie Chemii Bioorganicznej PAN. PCSS zarządza siecią Pionier, łączącą wszystkie uczelnie i instytuty badawcze. Wartość przetargu jest szacowana na 80-100 mln zł – podaje "Puls Biznesu". Obejmuje on klaster obliczeniowy, storage, system chłodzenia.
Dostawcy wskazując na faworyzowanie jednego producenta odwołali się do KIO, co doprowadziło do modyfikacji SIWZ, ale dla niektórych nie są one wystarczające.
PCSS nie zgadza się z zarzutami preferowania Huawei i twierdzi, że warunki w ramach przetargu spełnia większość dostawców HPC.
Według opinii przytaczanych przez "PB" dokumentację postępowania przygotowano tak, że pojedyncze wymagania spełniają inni producenci, ale wszystkie łącznie sprzyjają jednej marce.
PCSS wspólnie z Huawei w 2015 r. uruchomiło Centrum Innowacji jako pierwszy etap wspólnej inwestycji.
