Filmowy netbook Asusa
Asus wprowadził do sprzedaży netbooka Eee PC 1215N z procesorem Intel Atom D525. Komputer ma m.in. złącza USB 3.0 i HDMI.
Urządzenie wyposażono w 12 -calowy ekran o rozdzielczości 1366 x 768 pikseli i dwurdzeniowy CPU Intel Atom D525 taktowany z częstotliwością 1,8 GHz. Procesor ma zintegrowany układ graficzny nVidia Optimus z funkcją przełączania między zintegrowanym a zewnętrznym GPU. Sprzętowe dekodery umożliwiają odtwarzanie plików wideo w formatach H.264, VC1 i MPEG2. Przy pomocy netbooka użytkownik może oglądać filmy nagrane w rozdzielczości full HD, przesyłając sygnał wideo np. do telewizora full HD poprzez wyjście HDMI. Urządzenie ma także złącza USB 3.0, interfejs Bluetooth 3.0 i moduł WiFi w standardzie 802.11n. Pojemność dysku twardego, w zależności od konfiguracji wynosi 250 GB albo 320 GB.
Producent zainstalował w urządzeniu kilka aplikacji multimedialnych. Jedną z nich jest Asus @Vibe, do zarządzania plikami do muzycznymi, wideo, do odbioru stacji radiowych w Internecie. Z kolei aplikacja LocaleMe pokazuje dokładną pozycję netbooka, ma również m.in wyszukiwarkę adresów.
Sugerowana cena detaliczna Eee PC 1215N wynosi 2 tys. zł brutto.
