Fikcyjne sklepy z elektroniką wyłudziły 2 mln zł
Do sądu w Łodzi trafił akt oskarżenia za wyłudzenie ponad 2 mln zł przez fikcyjne sklepy ze sprzętem RTV AGD.
Klientów e-sklepów przyciągały atrakcyjne ceny towarów. Okazały się pułapką.
Sklepy internetowe 17dni.pl, fotohrabia.pl, platinium RTV, agdzdostawa.pl i megamall.pl oferowały klientom towar, którego nie miały na magazynie. Sprzęt był zamawiany u dystrybutorów dopiero po opłaceniu zakupu przez klienta.
Klienci jednak często nie otrzymywali ani towaru, ani zwrotu pieniędzy. Śledztwo ustaliło 1352 oszukanych konsumentów na kwotę ponad 2 mln zł. Przestępstwa miały miejsce w latach 2011 – 2012, więc ludzie już długo czekają na sprawiedliwość.
Sklepy należały do spółek Thurman Holdings, Newcastle, Navarro i Iron Gate. Prowadzący tę sprawę wydział prokuratury krajowej w Rzeszowie skierował do sądu okręgowego w Łodzi akt oskarżenia przeciwko 4 oskarżonym.
Mają oni zarzuty oszustwa co do mienia znacznej wartości (art. 286 § 1 k.k. w zw. z art. 294 § 1 k.k.). Uczynili sobie ze swojej działalności stałe źródło dochodu. Grozi im do 10 lat pozbawienia wolności.
