QNAP Systems zaprezentował dwa nowe modele dysków sieciowych: TS-419P w obudowie tower i TS-419U w obudowie rack.
QNAP Systems zaprezentował dwa nowe modele dysków sieciowych: TS-419P w obudowie tower i TS-419U w obudowie rack. Każdy współpracuje z czterema dyskami SATA hot-swap, dzięki czemu całkowita pojemność serwera może sięgać 8 TB. Urządzenia mają funkcję obsług zarówno dysków twardych 2,5 jak i 3,5 cala. TS-419P i TS-419U zostały wyposażone w procesor Marvell 1,2 GHz CPU i pamięć 512 MB DDRI. Nowe modele można skonfigurować w trybach RAID 0/1/5/6/5+ zapasowy lub jako JBOD. Mają funkcję obsługi iSCSI Target z Thin Provisioning oraz Port Trunking, posiadają dwie karty sieciowe Gigabit LAN, umożliwiają konfigurację kilku adresów IP. W TS-419P i TS-419U zainstalowano po cztery złącza USB i po dwa e-SATA.
Produkty działają pod kontrolą nowej wersji firmware V3.
Dyski sieciowe QNAP TS-419P i TS-419U są dostępne w Epa Systemy w cenie 2490 oraz 3330 zł netto (TS-419U).
